Ace FTP is a Canadian FTP program and comes in Freebie format as well as a Professional version that doesn't have banner ads. It's up there on the list of recommended FTP clients if you're looking.
When your FTP site is setup, you will receive an email from your friendly LavaBox Tech Support person giving you the information necessary to logon.

This will open up a new window where you can specify the important information to connect to your website.
1. Enter a descriptive name for your website. It is for your information only.
2. Enter the "Host Name" from the friendly setup email that you received.
3. Enter the "Userid" from the setup email.
4. Enter the "Password" from the setup email. Note that the password is case sensitive, and you have to enter capitals and lower case letters exactly as shown on the email.
When you have done all that, click the "Next" button, circled above.
If you have signed up for the "Silver" Plan, you must enter the "Remote Folder Name" from the setup email into the box labeled "Enter host folder:" If you omit this step, you will be able to logon, but will be unable to upload files.
When you have done that, click the "Finish" button and you are all setup.
