CuteFTP is a rather popular FTP client that has a 30 day free trial period.
When your FTP site is setup, you will receive an email from your friendly LavaBox Tech Support person giving you the information necessary to logon.
Typically this will include:
Start up your program and follow these steps.

1) Click the "Site Manager" icon, that looks like an open book. You will get a screen similar to the screen shot below.

1) Enter a descriptive name for your website in the space beside the icon resembling a blank sheet of paper. This can be your website URL, a descriptive name or the name of your pet goldfish. It is simply for your information so that you can find the site again the next time you start Cute FTP.
Hit the "TAB" key and the box entitled "Label for Site" will be filled in with what you just typed.
2) Enter the "Host Name" from the setup email in the box labeled "FTP Host Address." This must be entered precisely as described in the email.
3) Enter the "Userid" from the setup email in the box labeled "FTP site User Name." This must be entered correctly.
Point of trivia: MYO in the user account name stands for Maintain Your Own.
4) Enter the "Password" from the setup email in the box labeled "FTP site Password." The password is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears in the email.
5.) A. If you have signed up for a Silver Hosting package and are paying $14.99 per month, you will have to click the "Edit" button to specify the "Remote Folder Name" from the setup email. Refer to Figure 3 below.
B. For any other hosting package (Gold, Silver, Platinum) click the "Connect" button to connect to your site.

1) Enter the "Remote Host" from your setup email in the box labeled "Default Remote Directory"
2) Click the OK button at the bottom of the menu.
That will take you back to the previous screen. Click the "Connect" button to connect to your website and start uploading files!
