Your email domain on the Lavabox servers is to receive incoming email. Because of security issues, we prefer that you send email using the mail server provided by your Internet Service Provider.
Chances are good that you have already setup an email account that uses your Internet Service Provider's facilities, so the first step is to determine what the name of their SMTP (outgoing) server is.
Start Outlook. On the menu bar, click "Tools." You may get a screen that looks like this. Click "Options"
Figure 1.1. Tools -> Options
On the next screen you see, select the "Mail Setup" tab along the top row, and then click the "E-mail Accounts" button.
Figure 1.2. Look for existing email accounts.
On the next menu, click the radio button beside "View or change existing e-mail accounts." Then click the "Next >" button toward the bottom of the window.

You will be presented with a screen resembling this:
Figure 1.4. List of email accounts setup.
Make sure that your current ISP connection is selected (just click it) and then click the "Change...." button.
You will be using the same SMTP server for your new email accounts. Make a note of this for later on when setting up your next mail account.
