This software program is essentially obsolete in that you cannot easily find it on the internet. However, many people still use this chestnut and it works fine for basic FTP operations.
When your FTP site is setup, you will receive an email from your friendly LavaBox Tech Support person giving you the information necessary to logon.
Typically this will include:
Start up your program and follow these steps.
1) Enter a profile name.
2) Enter the "Host Name" from the setup confirmation email into the "Host Name" box.
3) Enter the "Userid" from the setup confirmation email into the "User ID" box.
4) Enter the "Password" from the setup confirmation email into the "Password" box.
5) Click the checkbox labelled "Save Password" so that you do not have to re-enter the password every time you logon.
6) If the "Remote Folder name" was specified in the setup confirmation email, enter that into the "Remote Host" box. Do not use quotes, and do include the /
7) Click the "Save" button near the top of the screen to save these settings.
Finally, click the "OK" button and you will connect to your website and be able to upload your content.
